One plan

We only ever built one product.

LUX has one plan, and everything is in it. Dispatch, the police and SAFR terminals, bodycams, the radio and the API are all included, with no tiers to climb and no add-ons to buy. There is no month three where you discover the part your community grew into costs extra: there is nothing left to unlock.

What is in it

  • check_circleDispatch console, LEO and SAFR terminals, civilian portal
  • check_circleLive map and GPS, radio, in-game phone calls, bodycams, panic alarms
  • check_circleRecords: characters, vehicles, incidents, reports, warrants, BOLOs, ALPR

What one subscription covers

Your live server, plus somewhere to break things.

dns

Live and development

One network is your live environment and a development environment beside it, on the same Discord server. Try a new penal code, department or map without your community watching.

A second server is a second network

If you run a second FiveM server, that is its own network and its own subscription. We would rather tell you here than at checkout.

extension

The resources are free

You pay for the hosted CAD. The FiveM resources and the Stream Deck plugin come with it, generated and configured for you. They are not sold, here or anywhere else.

What we're committing to

A subscription is easy to make hostile. Here is what we won't do.

01

No money before you've tried it

No card, no IBAN, no pre-authorisation. Nothing can auto-convert and there is nothing to cancel. The trial is ours, not the payment provider's.

02

No feature behind a higher plan

If it's part of running a shift, it's part of LUX. Warrants and the radio are in every subscription, and new features land as they ship.

Your data stays yours, and stays put

Communities are isolated in the database. We don't sell your data or train anything on it. Cancel, and your network is locked, not wiped.

How we handle your data arrow_forward

Fourteen days. No card.

From hello to day fifteen.

No sales call, no onboarding fee, no form and no card. Most of this is you setting things up the way you want them.

  1. forumDay 0

    Join our Discord

Tell us about your community. We open a network with every feature on. Your server package, key included, is waiting in your admin dashboard.

  2. loginDay 0

    Sign in with Discord

No registration form, no password. The roles you already use decide who sees which department.

  3. tuneDays 1–14

    Set up and play

Map your roles, drop the package into your resources and restart. Need more than two weeks? Open a ticket and ask; we have said yes before.

  4. event_availableDay 14

    Decide

Keep it, and you subscribe under Billing in your admin dashboard. That is the first moment you pay anything.

  5. pause_circleDay 15

    Or it simply pauses

Do nothing and the network pauses. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted, so you can pick it up again later.

One free trial per Discord account. A second network, or a network that changes hands, starts as a paid one.

Why a subscription

LUX CAD is not a script that runs on your server.

A one-time price makes sense for something you download once and run on hardware you already pay for. Ours doesn't work that way: the database your records live in, the servers rendering every page, the voice infrastructure carrying your radio and the machines holding your bodycam footage are all rented by the month.

Twenty dollars is a beta price.

This is the first pricing LUX has ever had, and we would rather say that plainly. If it ever changes, you get 30 days' notice and you are free to cancel before then. That is in our Terms, not just in this paragraph.

The small print, in large print

The parts most pricing pages hide.

autorenewBilling

Monthly, renewing until you cancel. The amount and your next payment date are always shown under Billing in your admin dashboard.

cancelCancelling

Billing, then Manage or cancel. Two clicks, no e-mail, no notice period, and the page stays reachable even if your network is suspended.

eventAfter you cancel

Your subscription stops renewing and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted then.

undoRefunds

No pro-rata refund when you cancel yourself; a pro-rata refund if we stop or fail to deliver. Where there is doubt, we would rather refund than argue.

receipt_longTax

Prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT and local sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies to you.

storefrontWho you pay

Polar sells the subscription as our merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles tax and issues your invoice. We provide the service.

Billing questions

Join our Discord and say hello. We open the network for you, your server package is waiting in your admin dashboard, and someone is around while you set it up. That is how every LUX community starts — we would rather meet you than hand you a signup form.

Every new network gets 14 days with the entire product unlocked. Nothing is charged when it ends, so there is no trial that quietly turns into a charge. At the end of the 14 days you either subscribe from your admin dashboard or the network pauses — nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

Sometimes, yes. If 14 days genuinely wasn't enough — a big migration, a launch date that moved, a community mid-rebuild — open a support ticket in our Discord and tell us what you're working through. We read every one and we have said yes before, but it is a conversation, not a button.

The network pauses — it isn't wiped. Everything stays exactly where you left it, so you can subscribe later and pick up where you left off.

One network — a live environment and a development environment, both belonging to the same Discord server — with every feature LUX has.

Two subscriptions. A network is tied to one Discord server, and a second FiveM server is a second network with its own records, roles and configuration.

No, and you cannot. The connector resources are supplied free with your subscription and generated for you in the admin dashboard, already configured. They are not sold, here or anywhere else.

Not at the moment. Monthly only, cancellable at any time. An annual option is something we may add later; we would rather start with the arrangement that is easiest to walk away from.

Yes. Open Billing in your admin dashboard and use Manage or cancel — two clicks, no e-mail, no notice period. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing is deleted.

US dollars. The price is $20 a month excluding VAT and local sales tax; where tax applies to you, it is added at checkout, and the checkout shows you the final amount before you pay.

Polar is our reseller and merchant of record — the seller in the transaction. It takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax for your country and issues your invoice. We build and run the CAD; Polar handles the money. We never see or store your card details.

The 14-day trial is there so you never have to buy blind, so there is no pro-rata refund when you cancel of your own accord — you keep the service until the end of the period you paid for. If we discontinue the service or fail to deliver what you paid for, you get the unused part back. Where there is genuine doubt about a charge, we would rather refund than argue about it, and statutory withdrawal rights still apply. The full terms are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Nothing dramatic. The payment provider retries on its own schedule over the following days, your community keeps running throughout, and you will see a warning in the CAD. Only if those retries are exhausted is the network suspended — and even then, the Billing page stays open so you can fix it.

Your network is locked, not wiped. Everything stays exactly where it is, and if you come back it is all still there. Twelve months after a subscription ends without another one replacing it, the network is deleted permanently — reactivating within those twelve months resets the clock, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. There is no self-serve export yet, so if you need a copy of something, talk to us in Discord while the network still exists.
