Live in communities today
Built by people tired of
clunky dispatch tools.
LUX started as a side project to fix one problem: every CAD we used on our own FiveM servers felt slower than the roleplay it was supposed to support.
LUX CAD is an independent, community-built Computer-Aided Dispatch platform made specifically for GTA V roleplay servers. We're not a studio and we're not backed by a publisher — we're a small team of FiveM server owners, dispatchers and developers who spent too many nights fighting laggy dashboards and decided to build the tool we actually wanted.
From day one we set out to rethink what a CAD for roleplay should be. Not a records system that only serves the police, but one built around the idea that every role, from dispatcher to civilian, is fed by the CAD. And every action should feel instant: no five-click workflows, no waiting on a page refresh mid-pursuit.
What grew out of that is bigger than a dispatch screen. LUX now carries its own voice radio, in-game 911 and 311, a phone system and directory, a civilian portal with real documents and judicial files, and civilian services your community builds itself, from a few ready-made templates or from scratch — all in one system, in the browser and inside the game. Every one of those exists for the same reason: it either empowers a role or feeds a story. Anything that only mimicked real-world bureaucracy got cut.
LUX is a roleplay tool, built exclusively for fictional, in-game scenarios. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the GTA franchise in any way — see our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
What we care about
Four things we won't compromise on.
Every feature we ship gets measured against these.
Speed
Every action should show up on every screen the moment it happens. Lag is a bug, not a feature.
Simplicity
Every screen should be usable by a brand-new dispatcher within their first shift, no manual required.
Reliability
Your community's records are yours: isolated from other communities, never sold, and locked rather than wiped if you step away.
Community
Feature requests come from our Discord, not a boardroom. If enough servers need it, we build it.

The idea
Late 2025Frustrated with existing CAD options, we started sketching what a faster, cleaner dispatch dashboard could look like.
First private test
Mid 2026LUX was tested on a handful of test partner servers to stress-test the live map and radio system under real dispatch load.
